The Integrity of the Family & the Role of Parents (by Habib Umar bin Hafiz)

This translation is an excerpt from the famous text Al-Shifā’ (The Cure) by the great Maliki scholar of the Maghrib, Qadi ‘Iyad (may Allah have mercy upon him). The whole text is concerned with the rights (huqūq) of the Prophet ﷺ over us as his followers. In this portion, the author presents and explains how Allah ﷻ Himself praises the Prophet ﷺ with the most noble and honorific praise. The Honored One: Allah’s Praise of His Beloved ﷺ (by Qadi ‘Iyad b. Musa al-Yahsubi)

This is the hadith text that every Muslim must study. In it, the great Shāfi’ī polymath, Imam al-Nawawī, narrates 42 hadīth that encapsulate the most essential teachings of dīn. The translator has included the Arabic original with the English translation, along with concise notes that facilitate understanding and application. A must-have in every Muslim home.

The 40 Hadith of Imam al-Nawawi (Translation and Notes by Shaykh Talut Dawood)

A great Hanbali jurist and hadith scholar, Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali treats the very important topic of how to enjoin good and forbid evil in a manner reflecting the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ and reflecting a knowledge of the Shari’ah.
